- Hotel Receotion - 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Breakfast is included.
- Breakfast Time: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Restaurant: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Guest must present a copy of their Hotel Voucher/Confirmation letter upon Check-in.
- Valid ID with the same information with the booking details must be presented.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room. Failure to do so, a fine of PHP 10,000 will be charged.
- Wi-Fi is available and valid for 2 days. There will be one Wi-Fi password per device.
- Extra bed is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Kids age 0-3 years old are considered free of charge as long as sharing with bed.
- Corkage Fee may be assessed upon check-in.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
- Proper swimming attire is required at the pool area.
- Pool Time: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are considered Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable and Non-Rebookable once finalized. Failure to arrive at the resort/Hotel shall be a result of No show and shall be treated as 100% charged.
- Time accepting guests: 7am-9pm (kindly advise if late check-in beyond 2pm)
HOW TO GET TO MANG-YAN GRAND HOTEL BY COCOTEL FROM MANILA VIA COMMUTE:
- From SM Megamall, board a bus going to Batangas Pier (fare is approx. Php 300)
- From Batangas Pier, board a fast craft going to Puerto Galera (fare is approx. Php 500-700)
*Note: It is advisable to book your ticket beforehand
Get off at Puerto Galera
- Ride a tricycle going to Mang-yan Grand Hotel by Cocotel (fare is approx. Php 40-60 per head)
*Note: fares may vary depending on the pandemic situation

We stayed a few days in this accommodation and it is highly recommended. Very quiet and close to the beach. Arlene always helped us with what we need as a snorkel guide or transportation to our next destination.
