- Breakfast is not included (Price Range: 100 to 200 pesos).
- Valid ID with the same information as the booking details must be presented.
- Guest must present a copy of their Hotel Voucher/Confirmation letter upon Check-in.
- Extra bed is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Kids age 0-2 years old are considered free of charge as long as sharing with the bed - 1 child only for free of charge.
- Corkage fee may be assessed upon check-in.
- Wi-Fi is available and valid for 2 days. There will be one Wi-Fi password per device.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are considered Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable and Non-Rebookable once finalized. Failure to arrive at the resort/Hotel shall be a result of No show and shall be treated as 100% charged.

HOW TO GET TO ROLD & ROUB HOME SUITES BY COCOTEL FROM MANILA VIA COMMUTE:
- From SM Megamall, board a bus going to Batangas Pier (fare is approx. Php 300)
- From Batangas Pier, board a fast craft going to Puerto Galera (fare is approx. Php 500-700)
*Note: It is advisable to book your ticket beforehand
- Get off at Puerto Galera
- The hotel can arrange a pick-up from the port going to Rold & Roub Home Suites (please contact us beforehand so the resort can prepare)
- If guests will not opt for pick-up services, ride a tricycle going to Rold & Roub Home Suites by Cocotel (fare is approx. Php 25 per head)
